We use a multidisciplinary culture-driven approach  that engages communities to expand their tools to be able to live  and thrive in  cultural vibrancy. Our team is comprised of a social worker, an arts administrator and a public policy researcher who all are skilled in leadership and organizational development, program design/evaluation and community and cultural organizing.
