It is imperative that the field examines institutional sustainability and how we are adapting as cultural leaders in community during the current social and economic climate. The next generation of arts leaders are emerging well connected, empowered, and prepared to address these challenges. This session is an opportunity to bridge the current and future leadership and create field wide transformation.
